TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COACH HIRE WITH DRIVER
1. Definitions
“Client”: the natural or legal person booking the service.
“Passengers”: the individuals being transported during the service.
“Service”: the hire of a coach with a driver.
“Contract”: the agreement between the Client and the Provider, including these terms and conditions.
2. Purpose of the Contract
The Provider agrees to supply the Client with a coach and driver service, as specified in the accepted quotation.
3. Booking and Confirmation
Requests must be sent in writing by email or through the contact form.
The booking is considered confirmed only after written acceptance of the quotation by the Client and confirmation by the Provider.
4. Price and Payment Terms
The price includes:

Coach rental

Driver service
-
Fuel
-
Motorway tolls within Italy
-
Insurance for transported passengers
Not included:
-
Meals and accommodation for the driver (if necessary)

Parking fees, access to restricted traffic zones (ZTL), city entry taxes, ferries, tunnels

Any additional costs resulting from service changes
Payment terms:

20% deposit upon confirmation

80% balance at least 5 days before the service date
5. Cancellations and Penalties

Up to 15 days before the service: no penalty

From 14 to 7 days before: 50% of the total amount

Less than 7 days before: 100% of the total amount
6. Client and Passenger Responsibilities
The Client must provide a list of the passengers.
During the journey, passengers must:

Wear seatbelts where required

Not smoke or use electronic cigarettes

Not consume alcohol without prior authorisation

Behave respectfully toward the driver and fellow passengers
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers.
7. Liability
The Provider shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather, strikes, extraordinary events).
The Client will be liable for any damages caused to the vehicle or service.
8. Luggage
Each passenger may carry up to two suitcases. Extra or oversized luggage must be declared in advance.
The Provider accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage.
9. Service Modifications
Any changes must be communicated at least 5 days in advance and may affect the price.
Changes requested during the service will be evaluated case by case and may incur additional costs.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law.
